Available for purchase is an original "Pistol Holster, Model of 1912" for the U.S. mounted cavalry. SEE NEW LOWER PRICE ! This complete rig is clearly dated 1914 with the inspectors initials J.N.S. stamped on the back. The manufacturers name is faint but legible. Rock Island Arsenal is stamped above the date and inspector's initials. The front flap is Stamped with the U.S insignia in an oval..The leg strap with buckle is also included. Overall condition of this 108 year old U.S. military holster is very, very good. Please review the attached photos and email me with any question you may have to help in your decision to purchase.
