A clean working 19th Century Colt .36 cal. Navy with a 7 1/2" long barrel with strong N.Y. address. The action indexes very well, and locks up tight. Matching number SN 2084XX , even the cylnder with traces of scene remaining. The American walnut grips are clean and have good aging and are complete. Traces of blue in some places,and fine small pits near the barrel breech end, Overall a very good example.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
