I may be wrong but this looks like a fairly recent rebarrel/reman by Raick Freres of a Belgian 12ga ejector action, Greener knockoff with side clips, with 30" 12ga 2 3/4" rifled choke barrels leaf sighted out to 400 yards, the ranges inlaid in gold. Buttstock looks new as well, 13 3/4" pull thru Silvers pad, drops 2 and 2 1/2" to the fixed leaf sight. Action has fresh colors, Belgian proofs * over P heavy nitro proof CH Raye (Rifled Choke). 8 1/2lb
