Sold...Randy...A beautiful Model 1895 U.S. marked revolver holster for the Colt SAA 45 Artillery...made between late 1890's to 1902...The leather is in wonderful condition, looks like it was made yesterday! Stamped "Rock Island Arsenal EHS/KHD...it still has the original cardboard in it from the arsenal. The cardboard has the green verdigris on it!
The Rock Island Arsenal inspector was (EHS) E.H. Schmitten. If you have a mint original Colt SAA Artillery pistol made in 1898...here is the correct holster....they are rare...less than 2000 made and to find one in this condition...exceptional! USPS priority mail shipping is 16.50
