On Hold Sale Pending P & E.W Blake US Model 1822, 69 caliber contact musket wall hanger. The barrel has been shortened to 38 inches is dark brown with pitting. The lock is marked P & E.W. Blake and New Haven 1830 behind the hammer is grey brown in color with scattered pitting and works on half and full cock. The walnut stock has been spliced about 6 inches near the top band (see photos), looks good and has also been thinned near the but plate (see photos), there are 2 cartouche present on the left flat.
