Description:
Oberndorf Mauser Type B 7x57 with a 24" barrel with a banded ramp front sight, banded sling swivel, and banded island rear site with one standing and two folding leaves. Bore is very good,shiny clear rifling not new.It should group well. Mauser round top intermediate action never drilled and tapped. single trigger and lever release floorplate. All numbers match that are visible without dis assymbly. Screws in time and I believe rifle is untampered with . I have not disaasembled nor will I . Should be in good condition next to wood as well. I believe this spent most of its working life in South Africa. Pistol grip buttstock with factory buttplate and steel pistol grip cap remains solid with no cracks or repairs.
