This **Winchester M-1 Carbine.30 Cal was mfg abt 10/44*. The guns bluing is a medium dark parkerizing throughout. It has all of the correct parts for the WW II war period. The barrel is marked w/a "W" & no date. The bore is shiney w/a distinct rifling and measures "0-" . The Buttstock is a dark Walnut W/a faint cartouche on it's Right Side is is only an ordnance stamp (Correct for the ser No.).The sling well has a lightly stamped "w".
Thee are no cracks & a slight marking at the ordnance stamp. The matching handguard is a T3 w/4 - hole w/"w" on the underside. The action is normal.

This to me is an NRA Very Good to excellent and would make both an Excellent Collectible & range firearm.

This Winchester is to me a correct "Winchester M-1 Carbine for the period. It would to me make a nice & correct addition for the Winchester Collector for the WW II period.
