SOLD This Colt was produced in 1951. The pistol's serial number is 8825 LW. This pistol has the correctly marked barrel chambered for the 38 Super cartridge. The bore is in minty condition. This Colt has seen very light use and wear. The original bluing and finish would rate a 98% or better condition. The slide has that great high polished finish that really stands out! The light weight frame is in great condition with no issues. The original Colt "Pony" grips are in great shape with no shrinkage. The magazine is the correct early post war magazine for this gun. This is a real outstanding Colt in the desirable 38 Super chambering! It would be hard to improve on this Colt!
