Description:
SOLD, PENDING RECEIPT OF FUNDS...............................................This Colt M-1911 was manufactured in 1919 as noted by serial number. It was later parkerized with the grips and Mag updated. All other parts are correct to the original configuration and date. The barrel is correct and has the intertwined HP, and the bore is excellent. I see no evidence of wear on the original pistol finish that would suggest a reason for re-finishing. I suspect that it was a late (1919) pistol that went into inventory and got swept up with the rebuild efforts of WW2. However, I see no arsenal rebuild marks. Not all were marked but w/o them it could also be a later civilian job. If so, some idiot took a beautiful blue gun and parkerized it. The existing finish looks new with only some rub marks at the muzzle. It is very tight and appears un-fired. This is a beautiful example of a WW1 era pistol prepared to fight another war. .45 ACP with a 5” barrel. Serial Number 594814. FFL Required

SHIPPING:
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $35.00.

FIREARMS:
Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address. Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Driver’s License, Etc.), showing date of birth and current address will be required.
GUARANTEE:

Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed. Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire. These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged. If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made. Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded. All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
PAYMENT:
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed. All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay.
LAYAWAYS:
A 20% deposit is required. Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days. Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
