7 1/2" barrel is marked on top "Colt's Patent Fire Arms Manufacturing Co. Hartford, CT U.S.A Patent Aug, 5 1884 June, 5 1900"
and on the left is marked "New Service .38 W.C.F"
Comes with Scovill Mfg Leather Holster
Lanyard hole on bottom of frame, left grip is cracked and has been glued together
Blue is very good, especially for 120 years old, all markings are legible
Bore is in fair condition with some pitting towards the end of the barrel
