Designed by Heinrich Ortgies during WWI and produced until 1924 making this pistol almost 100 years old! The pistol is in stone cold mint condition and truly a work of art. Contrary to popular belief most German officers favored the pocket model pistols over the large frame automatics such as Lugers, P38’s etc. Proceeding and during WWII officers were responsible for furnishing their own sidearm and most likely this was the prize possession of a ranking Nazi officer’s and was adorned with a very artistic pattern of engraving. Even the front and back of the grip straps are engraved. It would be almost impossible to upgrade this presentation quality firearm. For payment we will accept personal checks, money orders, certified check or cashiers’ check, all major credit cards. Credit cards are acceptable with a 4% up-charge for processing. Personal checks require 8 business days to clear the bank, all other forms of payment receive same day as received shipment. You are responsible for any state and local laws.
