Description:
Scarce Colt Bisley Flat-Top Target in .38 Colt manufactured in 1905. Only 96 of the Bisleys were made in this caliber making this one an incredible addition to any collection. This revolver has been non professionally refinished and has mimimal wear. All parts are original, the lettering, numerals and design on the metal have remained sharp. Bore is bright and clear, mechanically excellent. The factory letter states this gun was shipped to Birmingham Arms & Cycle Co. in Birmingham, Alabama and was purchased by Dr. L.J. Ramage. Census records indicate Ramage was a dentist in Decatur. Dimensions are as follows: BBL. 7 1/2" WT. 43oz.
