Description:
SOLD, Pending Receipt of Funds............................This Colt SAA was manufactured in 1904, (118 years ago) and is in fine working order. The bore is strong and bright with a bit of scattered corrosion, shootable. The Locks up tight, and the action is strong with C-O-L-T.
It has full coverage engraving and the engraver signed it “B. J.” For some reason the aged stag grips look just perfect on this engraved revolver. They fit perfectly and have a great aged appearance.
Engraved guns are subject to personal taste, and I will tell you this is my pick for a BBQ gun. It just has the Look. Chambered in .38-40 with a 4 ¾” Barrel. Serial Number 253267. FFL or C&R Required.

SHIPPING:
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $35.00.

FIREARMS:
Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address. Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Driver’s License, Etc.), showing date of birth and current address will be required.
GUARANTEE:

Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed. Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire. These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged. If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made. Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded. All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
PAYMENT:
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.
LAYAWAYS:
A 20% deposit is required. Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days. Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
