A nice example of an early square butt Colt Detective Special in .38 special. Retains nearly all of it's original bluing with some surface rust and pitting throughout. Original checkered wood grips remain in great condition. Action functions properly. Letter states it was sold to Guy H. Dixon & Son and shipped to John Pritzlaff Hardware Co of Milwaukee, WI in 1931. Buyer responsible for ensuring gun is in working order prior to firing. Shipped with Insurance & Signature required. I will provide you a quote for shipping once you provide an address.
