The Browning BLR (Browning Lever-action Rifle) made at the Miroku Firearms plant in Japan. This one was produced in 1975 and has the weird serial number with the suffix K57. A previous owner sanded the checkering from the stock and applied a heavy coat of what appears to be Polyurethane. .308 Winchester
