Description:
This Savage was manufactured in 1946 and remains in very good overall condition. Wood is solid and shows years of use. Wood has darkened around receiver and on buttstock. Forend has a crack on right side of Schnabel from long ago. Barrel has been reblued at some point and shows light pitting all over barrel, lever and receiver. Bore is excellent. Brass cartridge counter, cocking indicator and lever lock all seem to function properly. Complete with a Japanese manufactured CHC 3-9x40 scope. No box. .300 Savage
