Description:
We believe this 1911 started life as an Auto Ordnance and has been beautifully engraved and customized to commemorate the Colt 1911. Gun is in excellent overall condition with an excellent bore. Gun is fully engraved by unknown artist on frame, inside grip strap, trigger guard and slide. Gold inlay on bottom front of barrel and "Colt" on side. Grips are also custom-made and have Colt medallion. Hammer, trigger and ejection port have been jewelled. Complete with original mainspring and mainspring housing. No box. Small piece of gold inlay missing from bottom front filegree. We wish we knew more history on this gun! No box. Beautiful! .45 Auto
