Description:
This is a very nice Weatherby Mark V .257 WBY MAG bolt action rifle made in W. Germany in 1963. It has a 12 twist barrel that is 24 inches long. The gun comes with Buehler scope mounts. It has a jeweled 9 lug bolt. It does not have open sights. The stock is a very pretty gloss finished Walnut with skipline checkering and a rosewood forend. There are quite a few handling marks that appear to be in the finish only. It has the original Weatherby buttpad. I would rate the metal at 99% and the stock at 95%.
