***SOLD*** An ideal collectible shooter in the ever popular 30-06 caliber. This rifle is 100% original in all regards, and in very nice shape showing better than 95% finishes throughout. It is also a scarce and highly desirable transition era rifle, made for a few short years between pre and post WWII versions (1946-48). It retains the pre war style clover leaf rear receiver tang, along with the unique to this period "clam shell" safety lever. The 24" standard weight barrel has an excellent bore. The mechanical functions are also flawless. S/N 84*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1948. Expedited and fully insured shipping from Alaska to your FFL in a custom cut foam lined box is $75.
