Westley Richards 16 gauge boxlock ejector. Rebarreled by R.D. Radcliff, 150 High Street, Colchester. They are still in business in the UK as gun dealers and gunsmith and have an interesting . Westley Richards Patent Toplever and Rib Extension Third Fastener. Ejectors strong and well timed - Southgate System. Splinter forend with horn inlayed tip. Auto safety. Gun is marked "#2" as once was part of a pair. Chambers are 2 1/2". Barrels are 28 1/2". Mirror bores measure .662 with IC (5/1000) and Full (30/1000) chokes. Tight on face / no loose ribs / no cracks to wood. Weight of gun is 6 LBS 4 1/2 OZ. Finely checkered stock and forend. Prince of Wales grip. LOP is 15 1/16". Drop at comb - 1 3/8". Drop at heel - 2 1/8". Shipping is $50. A Westley Richards ejector gun for under $2,000!
