MOSSBERG Model 385KB 20 Gauge “Takedown” BOLT ACTION C&R Hunting Shotgun
1960s Era Shotgun with DETACHABLE MAGAZINE
Here we present a C&R Mossberg Model 385KB Bolt Action Shotgun, made in New Haven, Connecticut during its production run between 1965 and 1968. This was a three shot “Takedown” shotgun with a detachable magazine and came in 20 gauge only. The 12 gauge model identical to this was the Model 395KB.
This example came with a 26 inch barrel with a variable C-Lect Choke. This bolt action would be a great squirrel or rabbit hunting gun and takes you back to a time less complicated.
The overall condition is good. Strong action. Bright and smooth bore. The wrist has been crudely repaired, but remains stable. Legible markings.
