SOLD SOLD SOLD This nice drilling is a gun that many people do not know exists. It is probably the rarest model that L. C. Smith made. A total of 1186 were made in the 1880,s. This is a grade 1 and has Damascus barrels and is a 12x12x44-40 configuration. It has a ladder rear sight for the nifle barrel. It is opened by pushing the front trigger forward. The lever in front of the trigger is for selecting to fire the nifle barrel. I have no explanation for the hole in the stock. It is one of life's little mysteries. The barrels have no deep pits, but are oxidized throughout.
