Description:
This is a Rare1940 Springfield M1 Garand SN 57054. Manufactured August of 1940 this rifle has seen some action. This rifle was armorer inspected on 6/23/22 the metal is in good condition with some pitting close to the stock on the back of the receiver. The barrel is marked3-S-A-3-43 it has a low muzzle reading of 1+ and throat reading of 4. The stock shows plenty of use with dings and dents. It has light remnants of the Cartouche on the left side of the stock and "P" stamped on the underside of the pistol grip. numbers 34 stamped on the pistol grip.
Only use ammunition intended for use in an M1 Garand some modern ammo exceed pressures designed for this rifle and can damage it. Ask me about our authentic M1 Garand ammo we have in stock.
