Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is an intersting rifle. It started life as a Sporting Arms MFG Snake Charmer II chambered in 410 but has since been lined and rechambered for 218 Bee. This makes for a very handy little rifle. The over all length is just under 33" and the weight is 4 pounds 9 oz. The barrel is 18-1/8" and the LOP is 13.5". Neat little rifle with a scope rail attached. just add a scope and rings and you will have a super little survival rifle. The liner is a full length with a proper crown and all the metal appears to be stainless steel. The black plastic spacer between the action and the fore end wood is broken with 2 large pieces missing. This does not seem to effect the function in any way. FREE SHIPPING!
