Description:
For sale is a nice Winchester 1894 .38-55 rifle sporting a 26" octagon barrel with a bright bore and strong rifling. The barrel and magazine finish retains 70% of the original finish with light areas along the edges and some light pitting in various spots. The wood is in exceptional condition with minimal dings and no cracks or chips.. This gun is equipped with shotgun butt and checkered steel shotgun buttplate which you will appreciate when shooting a lot from the bench. The action is tight, half cock is functional, hammer stays back when levered, and no lever droop. Ensure your FFL will accept a transfer from a private individual. If a FFL shipper is required add $25 to the sale price. Shipping and insurance by USPS priority mail is $65 except for Alaska which will be determined when sold.
