Original COLT master grip form: These brass masters were used to create the negative into which the polymer is poured to make a set of Colt Single Action Army grips. These are believed to be for 2nd & 3rd Generation grips. They are just a bit over sized to allow for shrinkage of the polymer. They have a small mar in the upper right of the left grip. That may have been the reason they were not used. What a rare item this is for any Colt collector to find. Or if you want to make perfect Colt grip copies they could be used for that.
