Description:
Fabrique Nationale Model 1922, chambered in .32 ACP, with an 8 round magazine. The Model 1910 was modified by FN technicians for sale to the Yugoslav military in 1922, includes a longer barrel, larger frame and magazine. Made primarily for police and military contracts, it was also sold in France, Holland, Greece, Germany, Turkey, and many other nations. Several hundred thousand were mfg. during the Nazi occupation of FN during 1940-44. Most common variations are wartime "WaA140" marked pistols as shown by this example. The waffenampt markings are clearly seen on the left side of the frame. The wood grips are in decent condition. There is a fair amount of holster wear on the barrel, but most of the bluing is still present. The bore is shiny and clean, indicating someone took good care of this piece. .32 Auto
