I have owned over 100 Savage model 99 rifles and this is by far the best conditioned model 99 I have ever owned! Specifications as follows: excellent condition, 1950 made in Chicopee Falls, MA., nice walnut stock, cut checkering , horn rear sight, brass shell counter, steel butt plate, outstanding bluing, perfect bore, unbelievable case coloring, and all original condition.
