This is a Colt model 1905 45 auto calibre. This model is the first Colt .45 acp . Ser# 1746 Mfg in 1907 the second year. 43/4 inch barrel, High polish original colt factory finish in very good condition for its age ,the front strap is thinning the rear strap is patina brown. The magazine is in great condition and nice blue finish, the bore is very good and the mechanics of this piece is excellent . Its tight and functions very well .I have shot it once with mild acp jacketed ammo. , A well cared for 1905 Colt. Not a lot of these around in this clean condition, The grips are near perfect, some parts are still fired blue in color. A nice 1905 45 Auto .
