This Savage Model 1899 (takedown) is a right hand lever action repeating rifle in .303 Savage Cal. It has a 26 inch barrel. A blade front sight and an adjustable notch middle sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip walnut straight grip. The firearm is a smooth grip walnut schnabel style. Manufactured 1908. .303 Savage
