WW2 & KOREAN WAR INLAND DIV. U.S. M1 .30 CAL. CARBINE DATED 6-44. 5,xxx,xxx serial range with transition high wood stock with oval oiler cut. Stock inspected “CS” in a square cartouche on right side of stock and “P” in a square cartouche on base of pistol grip. Barrel stamped “INLAND MFG. DIV./GENERAL MOTORS/6-44”. Matching stock and handguard. Milled rear sight stamped “H.I.” and original front sight. Type 3 barrel band correctly stamped “AI” with late war bayonet lug. Excellent overall with most of the original Parkerized metal finish and the original finish on the stock. Excellent bright bore and perfect working order. Original sling and oiler.
