Description:
Antique Remington model 4 revolver. Chambers .38 rimfire caliber cartridge from a five-shot fluted cylinder. The barrel length is 2-1/2 inches long with a fair bore. Rust throughout the cylinder and along both sides of the receiver. The grip plates are hard brown plastic with no cracks or chips but display wear. The screw heads are somewhat worn. The hammer locks back and the trigger will release the hammer. The cylinder and rod are loose. Dated between 1877 and 1888. No box. No serial number.
