Colt –3rd Gen – 1861 - 2 Band – .50 cal. - Stk #C304
This 58 caliber Colt 1861 3rd gen 1861 two band target model has a 30” polished tapered round barrel with 1:28” twist that is in excellent condition. The front sight is fixed blade with a two leaf notched rear sight. The bore is in excellent condition. The Walnut stock is in excellent condition. All furniture on this rifle is polished steel including the large military style percussion lock. The lock has 1861 and US Colt’s PTF A Mfg Co, Hartford, CT stamped on the plate and is activated by a single trigger. A brown leather military style sling and ram rod included. Length of pull is 13-1/2”, overall length is 47”, and weight is 8.6 lbs. Our stock number is #C304.
