SOLD! This is a fine pair of Steiner Military Marine 15x80 (15 power 80mm objective lens) binoculars made in West Germany.... These are designed for long hours of glassing without eye fatigue. . I bought these in 1989, & carried them for use in the NFAA field national tournament when i was a pro. They were put up after one seasons use (5 rounds at the nationals) .. These were the most powerful (15 power) that i could find at the time. 15 is for all practical points is about as much as one can hold effectively. They have never been dropped or abused period.. .. These are great glasses to keep in camp or carry in your vehicle or boat for glassing.. They are rubber coated and in excellent shape there are absolutely no lens scratches & the adjustments are tight.. I recently purchased new lens covers for them. also included is the effective shoulder strap.. You will not find better glass. I don't think any are better that i have looked through..shipped (They sell for over 1700 today!!).. if you want any further photos, let me know. these are in stock at famous gun part store for over $1700!!! !!
