Description:
This semi-automatic pistol is an Erfurt double date 1920/1918 Luger chambered in 9MM Luger. It has an integrated lanyard loop on the rear of the receiver, a serrated dovetail ramp front sight, a v-notch fixed rear sight, diamond checkered walnut grips, and Gesichert (safety) lever. All serial numbers are matching throughout all the component parts of the gun, and also the holster itself, the loading tool, and both of the magazines (numbered "1" and "2", see photo). The trigger, safety sear and lever are not numbered but have the small Erfurt proof mark. The wood grips are in very fine condition, showing no chips, cracks, or marks whatsoever and showing only minimal hand wear. The metal is in remarkably good condition for its age, but shows signs of holster wear to the muzzle and the sides of the receiver. The left and right sides of the receiver do show some makings of some pitting under the blued finish and to the face of the ejector mechanism. The underside of the barrel is stamped with the serial number "757" and "8.82." 9mm Luger
