New in the box, never fired, comes with one 30 round magazine, so the buyer can only get the magazine if we ship the gun out of the state of Colorado. That being said- who cares? There are only 10 million hi-cap AR mags in the world. Not exactly hard to find, even in a "no hi-cap" state.
