Smith Wessons premium version of the classic 1911 the SW1911 E-Series is a line of single-action semi-automatic handguns chambered in 45 ACP with an 81 capacity and a frame constructed from steel. The checkered wood laminate grip employs a positive hold and includes a thumb and beaver-tail grip safety. Other features include an external extractor skeletonized hammer and trigger and front slide serrations. The SW1911 E-Series is suitable for personal protection and home defense.
