We offer you a “Custom” New Haven Winchester Model 70 Coyote Lite Bolt Action Rifle in 270 Winchester Short Magnum.
This Winchester model 70 Coyote Lite rifle was bought new and customized for the original owner. It sits in a Houge over molded pillar bedded stock that had a cheek piece attached as shown. Along with the rear tang and recoil lug area bedded. The Gunsmith that did that work also did a trigger job. The trigger breaks light, clean and crisp. The rifle is very accurate and was used on several successful hunting trips.
By the serial number it was manufactured around 2005 and is a one owner rifle. The bolt and receiver have matching numbers. It wears a 24 inch fluted barrel that has an excellent bore with no issues. The bluing on the rifle is in very fine condition as you can see. It shows some minor surface marks but there is no sign of rust. The stock shows several use marks as you can see. The left side of the barrel is marked “WINCHESTER MODEL 70 .270 WSM / MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CT U.S.A.”. The top of the barrel has the factory “WP” proof in an oval. The left side of the receiver is marked “WINCHESTER / TRADEMARKS LICENSED FROM OLIN CORP.” The right side of the receiver is marked “COYOTE LITE”.
This will be shipped fully insured UPS Ground to your FFL for $65. This rifle will be shipped in a double walled foam lined cardboard box that we have manufactured for us so that your gun arrives safe.
