Description:
Serial #H109145, .300 Weatherby Magnum, 24 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Weatherby Mark V Deluxe rifle, 9 lug, manufactured in Japan featuring high-gloss varnish deluxe walnut stock with fine line, diamond point checkering on the forearm and pistol grip with rosewood tips on both and maple spacers. The rifle is in excellent condition retaining about 96-98% of the original high gloss blue finish on the barrel and receiver with two small areas of finish loss near the underside of the muzzle. There is additional small spots of finish loss on the floor plate and on the safety selector switch. The stock is solid retaining most of the original high gloss varnish with scattered surface level scratches, rub marks and contusions especially in the wrist. The gun is sighted with a Weatherby Supreme 3-9 x 44 scope with cross-hair reticle and clear optics. A great Japan built Weatherby that is ready for the next hunt. FFL
