Truly unique, being the only one made in this configuration. Grade 2 10ga made on a #4 frame with factory original 37-3/8" damascus barrels (per factory letter). The gun made with splinter forend, double triggers, capped pistol grip buttstock and factory original Dogs Head buttplate. Engraved in standard Grade 2 pattern with birds and scroll on sides and bottom as seen in the photos. This gun is the only Parker I have ever encounted with this barrel length and the overall condition is amazing for such a rare gun!
Overall the gun remains in excellent original condition. Barrels retain about 97% of their bold damascus pattern. The action retains about 1/2 of its original case color being most bright on the locks, toned elsewhere with some color on top. Stocks are sound and excellent. Forend is an older restored finish, butt is original and excellent. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are crisp.
This unique Parker is priced at $22,500 plus shipping to your door as an antique. This gun represents a unique opportunity in the collecting of Parkers and this gun should be compared to the 40" Parkers that were recently sold at in the $50k+++ range one of the big s.
