SUPERIOR COLT SAUER SPORTING RIFLE 7MM REM MAG WITH SCOPE BY J.P SAUER & SOHN. Serial number "CR162XX" on left side of receiver opposite 'Made in W. Germany/ by J.P. Sauer & Sohn" on right. 24" tapered factory barrel with no sights. Barrel has been ported(probably by magnaport) to cut down on muzzle jump. Original piano finish varnish with crisp factory checkering. Monte carlo cheekrest buttstock with original Colt Sauer vent rubber pad in perfect pliable condition(often crushed). Rampant Colt inlet pistol grip cap and rosewood forend cap. Adjustable single trigger. Redfield Widefield 2x-7x scope on Redfield mounts & rings. Excellent condition.
