Barrel has a ring at the muzzle (see pic 23). This would be a great donor action for a custom rifle, or it could be cut and re-crowned, re-barreled or a recessed crown done to correct the issue.
Metal is in good condition as refinished, with minor scratches, rubs and handling marks.
Wood is good as refinished, it has scratches, dents and dings. The toe is a little rounded and there is some water staining at the butt. It is solid with no cracks.
Scope is fair to good. It is reasonably clear and appears to be functional. There is a black line internally in the ocular lens that is visible on all powers.
