(This particular set, the first of a limited series, is sold. We can order an identical or similar setup subject to factory lead time.) Custom made and engraved ejector double rifle cal 9.3x74R, 24" barrel regulated for Hornady DGX 285gr factory ammunition over open sights at 50m. In a fitted Chapuis "Prestige" Canvas and Leather case with cloth outer covering, also with a second set of 20ga 28"x3" ejector barrels choked modified and full with their fitted forend. Stocked in a dual purpose pistol grip stock without cheekpiece, LOP 15" thru PM 15mm brown pad; drops 1.5" and 2" with gold oval inscribed GRAND SAFARI No. 1, this being the first of a limited run of 10 sets. French grey action has double triggers, manual safety, and is custom-engraved with ducks on each side and a buffalo head under, consistent with the intended use. Unique, compact and versatile. NOTE the case photographed is no longer available. A fitted ABS case is supplied. A full leather case is available POR. NOTE 2: since Beretta acquired Chapuis, it has become difficult to do business with them .. we will have an alternative similar setup in a heavier caliber soon, by another maker: an 8.5lb double in 405 3" NE that is a better all round light double, regulated for 350gr Swift A Frame at 2300 fps, 4000 ft-lb plus, legal for DG in every African country but not too heavy for North American use, with an optional set of shotgun barrels, at under $8K.
