Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. We do not refund original or return shipping if an item is returned. We do not refund transfer fees or credit card fees. Due to high shipping costs we do not ship handguns to C&R licensees.

Here is a very neat rifle. It is a Type 45 Siamese Mauser that has been converted into a 45-70 sporting rifle with a full length Mannlicher style stock with Contrasting Schnable tip. The rifle was converted by a skilled maker who did a good job. The action is smooth and fast and the bore looks very good. The Stock is well contoured and nicely checkered with just a few dings from use and storage. The rifle has a hooded front sight and a Williams rear. The action is drilled for scope bases but none are installed. Really cool bolt rifle in awesome 45-70 Caliber. FREE SHIPPING!
