SOLD to Matt Holly , Parker, Colorado Listing a old Remington Rolling Block Takedown 22 caliber short & Long # 4 rifle with a 22.5" octagon barrel. The round barreled rifle's with a screw takedown came after 1927, this one's serial number J 293347 I'd guess is early 1920's. It shoots great, bores some what dark but rifling is present. Locks up tight and breaks down easily. Sights look original to the little rifle. appears a bolt was put through rear tang hole long time ago and takes little away from rifle. These are Classic old rifles not like some of the garbage put out there now days , wood and metal are in great shape , I ship only through USPS and to your own C&R or a FFL near you.
