This Colt New Frontier is in great condition with some slight wear on the barrel and frame. There are also a couple very small pitting spots on the hammer, the action is very smooth and is followed by a light crisp trigger break. This revolver will make an excellent addition to your collection because of the classy look and history behind it. The name pays tribute to President John F. Kennedy's quote "We stand on the edge of a New Frontier". We believe this model was manufactured in 1970 and is essentially the Python of the single action. .357 Magnum
