SALE PENDING. High condition Boss 12 gauge side by side made in 1925. Chopper lump barrels are 29", a typical length for Boss. Chambers are 2 3/4". Nitro proof - 1 1/8 OZ. Chokes are IC (9/1000) and 1/4 (12/1000). Right bore measures - .733, while left is .732. Tight and detailed scroll engraving in a traditional Boss pattern. Boss patent special ejectors. Gold line cocking indicators. Perfect game gun weight at 6 LBS 6 OZ. Barrel blue at 99%. Auto safety. Top rib is engraved - "Boss & Co, 13 Dover Street, Piccadilly, London, England". Tight on face / no loose ribs / no cracks to wood. Stock is highly figured and symmetrical (from side to side) French Walnut. Oak and leather case in excellent condition with canvas outer case. Case contents as shown with snap caps, cleaning rods, jags, oil bottle, etc and associated turnscrew. LOP is 14 3/8". Drop at comb 1 11/16". Drop at heel - 2 9/16". Shipping and insurance is $200.
