Description:
Very decorative with 28 gold & precious metal inlays depicting birds, animals and floral. They have fluted ivory grips. There are some cracks and chips next to the action. Case hardened frames still show some color. Barrels are fluted Damascus and are 3-1/2 inches long. These are in a French style case with blue velveteen lining. Comes with ivory handled nipple wrench, ivory oil bottle and patch box. Also included is a single cavity mold. On the bottom of the case is marked "Un paire de pistolet appartenant a la succession de feu Pierre Manafe". This is a highly decorative pair of guns in a rosewood case.
