Merwin & Hulbert First Model Frontier Army Made late 1870s-1880s. .44 M&H caliber with 7’ barrel. Very nice gun with 65% of original nickel. The areas of metal that is missing nickel has been cleaned, so it actually appears to have more finish then what’s truly remaining. All numbers are matching. Original blue still remains on trigger and hammer. Grips are okay but have some chips and cracks that have been repaired. Action works well. A great looking Merwin & Hulbert.
