Description:
The Hungarians produced a rifle known as the FEG 35M. During the occupation of Hungary the 35M was renamed the G98/40, chambered in 7.92x57MM, and furnished to the Wermacht. This particular rifle was produced in 1943 and features sharp stampings on the metal. Serial numbers match on the action, but they do not match the barrel bands or the stock. Metal is shiny with little to no rust and simple handling marks. The stock is pretty cut and scratched as would be expected from a service rifle. 7.92x57mm
